This recipe bakes two loaf style cake.

Monday, July 22, 2013. Baked Mushroom Gnocchi with Marinara Sauce and Ricotta. Dinner for two in about 15 minutes? OK, ok, I will tell you. I buy the gnocchi and the marinara sauce. Now you know the secret. Here is how I make this easy baked mushroom gnocchi. 1 lb mushrooms, sliced. Sautee the mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Divide cooked gnocchi among 2 shallow baking dishes.
